Efinity is a team of approximately 70 programmers and consultants who have been designing new IT solutions for the insurance industry for over 20 years. We created the Efinity Insurance System – one of the world's leading transaction systems, currently used by 53,000 users. We work with the largest insurance brokerage and risk management companies, for whom we create not only sales support tools but also specialized insurance products. We operate in Poland, the United Kingdom, the United States and Hong Kong. We are introducing a new level of quality. We believe in ergonomics and elegance. We combine technology with business. Our system is a proprietary insurance sales support project that operates in both B2B and B2C models. This is the Quote & Bind system where you can compare offers from different insurance companies, register a policy and manage its entire life cycle.

Your job responsibilities

coordination of system and product changes for dedicated client(s),
gathering business needs and creating requirements descriptions and specifications based on them,
business analysis based on insurance documentation,
preparation of specifications, prototyping changes to the system,
contact with English-speaking clients regarding requirements and implementation plans,
customer relationship management: communication of current changes and planning,
cooperation with the development and QA team in an agile environment,
business project management: defining and controlling the scope of the project, agreeing on key work products in cooperation with the team, preparing, monitoring, reporting on the work plan and budget control within the adopted scope.

Our requirements

experience in the role of Product Owner,
practical knowledge in the field of business analysis supported by several years (> 2 years) of experience in projects in the IT environment,
knowledge of agile project management methods - Agile/Scrum,
advanced knowledge of English,
ability to recognize and solve problems,
independence, determination, reliability and accuracy,
ease of convincing others of your ideas based on business arguments,
openness to cooperation and building long-term relationships,
Experience in the insurance industry is welcome.
